So it’s only natural that we offer factory installation with every baler we sell, using MAX-PAK factory-trained technicians. The same team that delivers your baler will install it, run extensive tests to make sure everything is up to your standards, and then train your operators before we leave.

- A dedicated service technician is always available during normal business hours.
- Replacement parts are available direct from our factory. We also provide end users with total access to replacement parts by only using components that are commonly available at most hydraulic and electrical component distributors. We do not frustrate the end user with part number and identification schemes that supplant that of the OEM.
- Trained technicians can be dispatched quickly to your location if the need arises. We provide a fleet of service trucks and technicians who respond to emergency repair needs where specialized knowledge or end user down time may be strongly indicated.
